Why I’m Seeking a Position on the Board:

I have been a proud resident of GlenOak Hills for over a decade and have lived in Temecula since 1994. During this time, I have seen many changes in our community, some of which concern me. One of the reasons I am running for a position on the GlenOak Hills Board of Directors is to help ensure that our community remains transparent and continues to thrive with the input of all residents.

I have always appreciated seeing banners that inform us about the GlenOak Hills Board meetings, but recently, these banners have disappeared, and it concerns me that changes are happening without adequate communication. GlenOak Hills is a special place, and as surrounding areas continue to develop, I believe it is essential that we protect the integrity and charm of our neighborhood. I feel strongly that the board should promote transparency and engage with residents for their input.

As both a homeowner and a rental property owner in the area, I understand the importance of fostering respectful relationships within the community. My wife and I, along with our 12-year-old daughter, are committed to maintaining the values of GlenOak Hills, and I believe my experience as a business owner has prepared me to contribute effectively to the board.

Key Issues That Require Immediate Focus:

  • Community Transparency: Ensuring that the board communicates openly with residents, bringing back important practices like meeting banners to keep everyone informed.

  • Responsible Development: As surrounding areas grow, it is crucial to protect the unique characteristics of GlenOak Hills while adapting to necessary changes.

  • Resident Engagement: I am committed to fostering a strong, connected community where residents’ voices are heard, and decisions reflect the collective input of everyone.

Closing Statement:

As a long-term resident with deep ties to GlenOak Hills, I feel that my experience, both personal and professional, makes me an ideal candidate to serve on the board. I care about the future of this community and would greatly appreciate your support and vote.
