Our Candidates:

• Support transparency in all decision-making processes.

• Believe that all non-emergency expenditures should be discussed and voted on in open sessions.

• Commit to signing the GlenOak Hills “Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct for Volunteer Board Members, Officers, and Committee Members (2014).”

• Agree to become well-versed in all governing documents.

• Are dedicate to the necessary time to fulfill board member duties.

• Will attend the majority of meetings.

• Will participate in a candidate forum prior to elections.

• Support the current Short-Term Rental (STR) provision adopted by the HOA.

• Advocate for securing private community property, including parks and parking lots.
